Former State House Presidential affairs Minister Freedom Sikazwe has lost the Mpulungu Parliamentary seat, Kachepa360 has been informed.
Front runner is UPND’s Leonard Mbao.
Mpulungu is a constituency of the National Assembly of Zambia. It covers the towns of Chasaya, Chisongo and Mpulungu in Northern Province.
