Chitotela Panics, Withdraws K4 Billion CASH From His Bank Accounts

PAMBASHE re-elected Member of Parliament Ronald Chitotela has withdrawn over 4.2 Billion Kwacha in his various bank accounts, Kachepa360 understands.

Chitotela who was Tourism Minister in the previous Patriotic Front (PF) government and a trusted Lieutenant of former President Edgar Lungu is allegedly to have stolen over 45 million Kwacha over a period of time through various overpriced contracts and tender supply of bogus services and resources in various institutions of the government.
An impeccable source has told Kachepa360 that Chitotela on separate occasions but on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday including Thursday morning withdrew K2.83 billion from his ABSA Bank Account, K800 million from his Investrust account and another K1.6 billion from his AB Bank bank account.

Earlier on Thursday morning, re-elected Mansa Member of Parliament Chitalu Chilufy had his bank accounts frozen by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) for suspected money laundering activities.
